The team is fantastic to work with. The biggest win for us was how quickly they turned the project around! We kicked things off at the end of October, and by mid-December, the claim figures were prepared and ready to go. That kind of efficiency really made a difference for our client.
The fact that they could carry out a virtual survey was also a huge plus, it made the whole process much smoother and more flexible.
