In accordance with Section 54, Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the Act), this statement outlines our proactive approach to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking.
Understanding Modern Slavery
Modern slavery represents a grave violation of human rights, affecting millions of people globally across age, gender, and ethnic boundaries. Vulnerable individuals, both from overseas and across the UK, are forced into illegal work against their will across sectors including agriculture, construction, hospitality, retail, and manufacturing.
Our Organisation and Supply Chains
DJH is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in England and Wales. DJH is a UK and Ireland based accountancy and business advisory group, recognised as a Top 40 firm. We deliver comprehensive services including audit, tax, accounting, payroll, and corporate finance.
Our supply chain consists primarily of UK-based providers spanning outsource providers, IT services, office supplies, facility management, recruitment, and professional services. We maintain partnerships predominantly with companies operating in low-risk sectors.
Our Ethical Framework and Policies
Zero-Tolerance Approach
We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance position on violations of UK anti-human trafficking and anti-modern slavery laws, demonstrating our commitment to ethical excellence.
