About The Claim

The project related to a newly constructed factory unit at their existing premises. As a standard industrial warehouse with no kitchen or bathroom facilities, it was a relatively simple fit-out.

Warehouse buildings are often assumed to produce minimal returns due to their functional nature and limited qualifying assets. However, this case demonstrates that even straightforward builds can still generate substantial tax savings.
