Lodge Tyres has over 50 trading sites and around 430 well trained  staff, an industry leading breakdown call centre and 280 service vans. They have become a major player in the UK tyre dealer market.

The property was originally built by the previous owners that subsequently became part of a larger group. The proactive approach taken by the client and their advisors enabled us to apply all the required due diligence to secure the purchasers ability to claim tax relief against their purchase costs.

Importantly, we ensured the previous owners agreed to pass Capital Allowances to the new via a Section 198 Election post-completion.
