I have over 30 years’ experience in the property industry having started my career with the property team at Stoke on Trent City Council. I then moved into the private sector where I’ve headed up both the commercial and residential surveying departments. Surveying premises for Capital Allowances is an interesting exercise given the wide range of property types we come across. I enjoy this part of surveying and often rely on my years of experience to capture what’s required.
