I found everyone at CARS to be very friendly and helpful. I initially had contact with Chris who showed a broad knowledge of this area of expertise. I was then put in contact with the rest of the team as the process progressed, and I found everyone very approachable and easy to talk to. I was kept informed and although this is not one of my areas of speciality, everything was explained clearly.
